Advising interested customers on site face to face in the store, over the phone, online and via email. Renting of our storage rooms, merchandise sales and achieving the required targets. Supporting existing customers with queries and any issues. Store maintenance duties / cleaning. General administrative activities and contract management. Support for the smooth operation of our stores.
You ideally have retail / commercial work experience (e.g. consultative sales or customer service). You enjoy advising and convincing customers. You can work alone and in a team. You are reliable, honest, and committed. You are interested in further training and promotion opportunities. You do not mind keeping the warehouse clean. Microsoft Office: Outlook and Word is desirable.
