Job Responsibilities
- Advising customers on site face to face in the store, over the phone, online and via email
- Renting of our storage rooms, merchandise sales and achieving the required targets
- Supporting existing customers with queries and any issues
- Store maintenance duties / cleaning
- General administrative activities and contract management
- Support for the smooth operation of our stores
Qualifications
- You ideally have retail / commercial work experience (e.g. consultative sales or customer service)
- You enjoy advising and convincing customers
- You can work alone and in a team
- You are reliable, honest, and committed
- You are interested in further training and promotion opportunities
- You do not mind keeping the warehouse clean
- Microsoft Office: Outlook and Word is desirable
