We’re looking for a Senior Sales Specialist for European Strategic Direct Accounts (ESDA) to help drive success with our key international and online reselling partners.

In this dynamic role, you’ll manage daily operations, support exciting projects, and handle unique customer requests, all while keeping communication sharp and processes smooth across the board.

You’ll report to the Senior Sales Manager ESDA, based in London (UK) or Eppingen (Germany), depending on your location.

Responsibilities

Manage E-commerce Operations:

  • Take effective care of all our online shop operations – including e. g. inventory management, timely fill-ups, end-customer cases, and key metrics checks.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as customer service, marketing, finance and IT, as well as our external partner.
  • Work on and steer cross-functional tasks and projects.
  • Own/Attend relevant meetings.

Optimize Online Sales:

  • Support the development and execution of online sales campaigns and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Focus on customer experience and usability.
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, in marketplace/online sales.
  • Generate ideas and check options to improve the online shop and processes continuously.
  • Collect customer feedback and analyse customer behaviour.
  • Check and update product listings regularly.

Team Efforts:

  • Support our E-Commerce strategy and execution in Western Europe.
  • Support operations with our key online reseller accounts.
  • Bring in your very best to support and actively influence the positive development of ESDA team and its key accounts.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in e-commerce or online/marketplace sales.
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Sales or related field
  • Fluency in English. German as an additional language is an advantage.
  • Strong self-organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive, pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • Demonstratable experience meeting deadlines
  • Team player skilled in collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Willingness, strive and discipline to grow
  • Excellent, cross-cultural, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with team members, partners and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint); ideally you have some experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Loop and perhaps SAP.
  • Ability to travel a few times per year.
