Working with customers and colleagues across markets, you will develop case studies, interviews and video content that show our products in action and strengthen their credibility with B2B audiences. You will combine editorial judgement with project ownership, guiding content from the first customer conversation through production to publication and distribution. As the central contact for Channel Marketing, you will bring teams together, improve how customer stories are delivered and support content initiatives tailored to European markets.

Responsibilities

  • Case Study Programme Ownership
    • Lead the operational management of the European customer-story and case-study pipeline from qualification through publication.
    • Assess and prioritise opportunities with Channel Marketing, Sales, Market Development and market teams.
    • Own individual customer-story projects, including scope, timelines, responsibilities, budgets and stakeholder communication.
    • Coordinate customer interviews, written case studies, testimonials, photography and video production.
    • Manage agencies, freelancers and production partners, as well as customer permissions, legal reviews, feedback and approval workflows.
    • Coordinate publication and make completed assets accessible to markets, partners, PR, Digital Marketing and Sales.
    • Improve workflows, templates, tracking, visibility and content reuse across campaigns, launches, channels and markets.
  • European Content Initiatives and Production
    • Identify regional content gaps and translate market and business needs into clear recommendations and actionable briefs.
    • Develop European angles for global themes and coordinate the adaptation and localisation of copy, visuals, video and supporting assets.
    • Coordinate selected regional video, photography, interview, podcast, event, editorial and social-first content projects.
  • Regional Content Planning and Localisation
    • Manage estimates, purchase-order requests, timelines, deliverables, invoices and approved project budgets.
    • Ensure content meets agreed editorial, brand, legal, quality and market requirements, and maximise reuse across formats and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, customer storytelling, communications, editorial production or marketing project management.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, media, business or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex content projects from brief through production, approval, publication and distribution.
  • Strong understanding of B2B content marketing, storytelling, editorial development and audience relevance.
  • Excellent editorial judgement and the ability to evaluate narratives, briefs, scripts, written content and creative outputs.
  • Experience coordinating customers, internal stakeholders, agencies, freelancers and specialist production partners.
  • Strong project-management skills, including timelines, dependencies, approval workflows and budgets.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions, countries and markets.
