We are recruiting for a dedicated Marketing Specialist II (2 Year Fixed Term) to coordinate and align our European AV Conferencing and UC/IT marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating marketing activities, orchestrating product launches, and executing campaigns for Shure’s Collaboration & Conferencing portfolio. Your work will be essential in strengthening our brand presence, ensuring seamless launch processes, and driving successful market outcomes. This position is based in either London (UK) or Eppingen (Germany) and we offer a hybrid work set-up (presence in the office/work from home).
Responsibilities
- Coordinating European product launches, including defining launch strategies, aligning messaging, and ensuring a unified, streamlined approach with global and regional stakeholders from Product Management, Global Marketing, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams.
- Identifying and defining required marketing assets (e.g., messaging, visuals, videos, web content, sales tools) to support launch strategies and regional campaign rollouts. You will ensure assets are delivered on time and meet the needs of local teams.
- Leading the regional execution of global campaigns, working closely with global marketing teams to localise messaging, coordinate timelines, and ensure campaign elements are relevant for European markets.
- Collaborating with European marketing teams to plan and coordinate marketing activities and product specific initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and sales priorities.
- Driving process development and improvement, establishing and refining internal workflows within Europe to support launch activities, improving collaboration with global teams, and ensuring more efficient planning and execution.
- Planning and coordinating marketing activities for European trade shows, including creation of communication plans, promotional activities, launch announcements, and coordination of deliverables across teams.
- Ensuring consistent communication and information flow between global and regional stakeholders, supporting transparency, readiness, and aligned execution across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience in the AV conferencing and UC/IT industry is a plus.
- Team player, collaborative, multi-tasking, self-motivated with high energy, open‑minded initiative, detail‑oriented and analytical.
- Ability to work on numerous projects and prioritise goals while maintaining deadlines, executing on deliverables, and keeping team members informed of status.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to interface with a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Loop etc.).
- Ability to travel.
