We’re looking for a Senior System Test Engineer to join our System Verification team in our lab in Copenhagen or Edinburgh. You’ll work hands‑on with our networked audio systems, testing how hardware, firmware, software and network components perform together as one complete ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans for audio conferencing systems.
- Design and execute customer‑focused test scenarios that reflect complex, real‑world conferencing environments, including multi‑device setups, cross‑system interactions, audio validation, and camera tracking.
- Validate performance across interconnected hardware, software, and network systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document product issues, collaborating closely with global teams.
- Drive testing efforts to meet tight product launch schedules and software release deadlines.
- Guide and mentor colleagues, contributing to a strong, quality‑driven test culture.
- Contribute to improvements in test processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Work hands‑on in lab environments to configure setups, integrate systems, and debug scenarios.
- Support fast, high‑quality product releases in a collaborative, agile development environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in quality engineering or system testing, with a focus on hardware‑software integration.
- Strong experience testing across interconnected systems and product ecosystems, with a strong focus on end‑to‑end functionality and interoperability.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing, including regression, performance, and integration using AI tools to drive efficiency.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and networked device testing.
- Proven track record of delivering quality results to meet release deadlines.
- Strong technical leadership skills with the proven ability to learn quickly, mentor others, communicate complex ideas clearly, and confidently influence decisions when needed.
