We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Workplace to lead and shape the environments where our people and business perform at their best. This is a senior leadership opportunity with end‑to‑end ownership of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Operations across a regional, multi‑site portfolio. You’ll balance strategy with hands‑on delivery, leading how our workplaces operate, evolve, and support the business. Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the regional real estate and workplace strategy, governance, and service standards.
- Lead leasing and transactions (site selection, relocations, expansions, renewals), managing landlords, vendors, contracts, and critical dates with a commercial, risk‑based approach.
- Hold end‑to‑end ownership of the regional real estate and workplace portfolio, ensuring consistent commercial and operational performance.
- Sponsor and deliver capital and workplace projects, controlling scope, design, cost, and timelines across multiple programmes.
- Operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels within a complex, global organisation.
- Own operating and capital budgets, forecasting and reporting, driving savings, supplier performance, safety, and compliance.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Security to align workplace decisions with business, global, and local requirements.
- Own health & safety, risk management, and business continuity, supported by accurate lease, occupancy, and portfolio data.
- Use data and benchmarking to improve footprint efficiency, utilisation, cost performance, and employee experience.
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ progressive experience leading regional or multi‑site corporate real estate and workplace portfolios within a complex organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or Business, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience of end‑to‑end responsibility for corporate real estate and workplace operations, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery.
- Proven success leading leasing and transaction activity, including site selection, renewals, relocations, and expansions.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing operating and capital budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimisation.
- Demonstrated project leadership overseeing multiple capital and workplace projects concurrently.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels within a complex, global organisation.
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships with internal and external partners.
