As a Customer Success Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our users with a positive and success-driven mindset. Your role is crucial in ensuring an excellent customer experience and fostering long-term user satisfaction.

Your role

  • Engage with users via email and social media channels, providing prompt and helpful support.
  • Assist users with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and general questions.
  • Represent our company with a user-focused, positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Gather user feedback and share insights with the team to improve our services.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Your profile

  • Proficiency in English language at CEFR level C1 or higher.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish language at CEFR level B1 or higher.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient in all interactions.
  • Comfortable handling inquiries with an unbiased and objective approach.
  • Resilient to review content that may be unexpected, sensitive, intense or challenging.
  • Responsible and driven by curiosity to learn, discover and grow.
  • Passion for building a product that connects and inspires people.
  • Interest in empowering the gay and transgender community.
  • Commit to at least 20 hours per week.
