The job… We are seeking a commercially driven Category Manager to lead the strategic development and performance of our FMCG category within the UK market. This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth through insight-led category strategy, strong retailer partnerships, and effective cross-functional collaboration. You will own the category end-to-end, acting as the voice of the shopper and customer while balancing commercial objectives and long-term brand equity.

- Previous experience in a Category Executive, Category Management
- Strong working knowledge of Nielsen and Kantar data and reporting tools
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to present insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing Top 4 grocers is essential for this role
