I’m recruiting for an exciting Field Sales Manager opportunity with SHS Drinks, a role perfectly suited to an experienced on-trade professional looking to lead from the front and make a real impact across the UK & Ireland hospitality scene.
A home-based leadership role focused on driving distribution, visibility, and activation for a growing portfolio of standout drinks brands including WKD, Bottlegreen, Mex Tequila, Shandy Shack and more.

You’ll take ownership of a national Business Development Executive team, shaping performance, culture, and capability across the UK & Ireland. The Role… As Field Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing BDE team while also remaining hands-on with key customers and strategic opportunities. Deliver national and regional distribution targets across the on-trade channel whilst recruiting, coaching, and developing a motivated field sales team, setting clear KPI-driven objectives. You will manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements to drive profitable growth. Working closely with brand teams to deliver impactful activations, consumer experiences, and best-in-class execution. Take responsibility for owning activation budgets, reporting, and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI whilst being a role model for compliance, responsible retailing, and best practice across the team.
