Shropshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a part-time Green Social Prescribing Facilitator to grow awareness and capacity for nature-based social prescribing across Shropshire. The role collaborates with Energize Shropshire and SWT to deliver joint programmes and engage diverse communities in improving health and wellbeing.
You will work with health sector partners, community groups and stakeholders to advocate nature-based activity, linking physical and mental wellbeing with place-making and pride.
