We are seeking highly inspirational Teaching Assistants to join our team, as we move into the next phase of growth for the school. We are looking for excellent practitioners who can work collaboratively with the class teachers in order to support outstanding learning experiences, taking into consideration the variety of learning needs of our children and young people, enabling them to achieve their very best possible outcomes.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of nurture and trauma-informed approaches to support the development of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and how to incorporate this into daily school life.
