Shropshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a Farm Advisor for the FINCH project in the Clun catchment. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with farmers, facilitating on-farm discussions, and identifying opportunities to diversify income while improving water quality and biodiversity.
As part of the Clun Catchment Collective, you will explore selling ecosystem services such as carbon, biodiversity uplift and green products, coordinating with consultants and land managers to scope.
