We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in systems replacement and integration to support a diverse mix of initiatives. About the role

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio and Change, you'll support a diverse range of digital transformation projects - from system implementations to wider business change initiatives. You'll help drive projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring strong governance, clear reporting and effective management of risks, issues and dependencies. Working closely with IT, business teams and external partners, you'll help shape solutions, support adoption and ensure projects deliver real, lasting impact.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who shares our values and takes pride in using insight, structure and strong delivery to achieve successful outcomes across systems, data and services:

  • Accountability: You take ownership of project delivery - managing timelines, risks, budgets and reporting with accuracy, and ensuring projects stay on track and deliver value.
  • Develop & Learn: You're committed to continuous improvement, keeping up to date with best practice in project delivery, and looking for ways to strengthen processes, systems and outcomes.

Proven experience in Project Management, delivering projects across both technology and business change environments.

  • A strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to defined quality standards.
  • Experience delivering system integration and data migration projects.
  • Experience using recognised project methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
