Selwood Housing is seeking a proactive Head of Operations Services on a fixed-term contract (FTC) up to 12 months to lead our repairs, customer services and complaints teams from our Trowbridge base. You will work with the Group Operations Director to drive performance, improve productivity and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across around 24,000 repairs per year.

You’ll motivate high-performing teams, hold contractors to account, use data to steer continuous improvement and shape how we operate.
