About the role As a part-time Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and solutions across a wide range of enquiries.
From arranging repairs and answering questions to welcoming visitors at reception, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll support customers through a variety of channels, take ownership of enquiries and strive to achieve first-contact resolution wherever possible.
