Selwood Housing in the South West is seeking a Compliance Project Surveyor (Level 2 or 3) on a FTC contract up to 18 months to drive fire safety, water hygiene and other non‑M&E compliance across our housing portfolio.
You'll manage compliance contracts, oversee fire risk assessments and improvements, and work with our Compliance Team and contractors to meet statutory duties while maintaining high safety and service standards.
