Location: Ptarmigan House, Shrewsbury (with travel across S T A R homes)

Contract: Permanent, 37 hours/week

What you'll do:

  • Conduct detailed surveys and assess housing stock condition
  • Ensure compliance with Decent Homes and H H S R S standards
  • Diagnose building defects and recommend solutions
  • Drive data integrity and support long-term asset management
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams for top-notch service
  • Supervise contractors and ensure health & safety compliance
  • Deliver Energy Performance Certificates and support planned maintenance

What you'll bring:

  • H N C, N V Q3 or higher in a property-related subject (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with stock condition surveys
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and energy efficiency standards
  • Great communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly
