This is more than data entry - you'll be the driving force behind accurate, reliable asset intelligence that supports investment planning, compliance and long-term strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and validating housing asset and stock condition data
  • Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and reports
  • Supporting investment planning, compliance and Decent Homes reporting
  • Working closely with surveyors and internal teams to keep data accurate and up to date
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve our housing stock
