This opportunity is open across multiple levels, from Trainee through to Level 3. Whether you're starting out in renewables or already bring significant experience, you'll play a key role working with established technologies that are making a real difference in our customers' homes.

Working in occupied homes, you'll deliver a right first-time service, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and customer care. You'll be part of a supportive Compliance (M&E) team, with access to ongoing learning and development. Your level of responsibility and autonomy will reflect your experience - from developing your skills at Trainee/Level 1 through to leading installations, carrying out advanced diagnostics and supporting others at Level 3.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who shares our values and takes pride in delivering high quality renewable heating services that make a real difference to our customers and communities.
- Customer Driven: You deliver a respectful, professional service in occupied homes, listening to customers, clearly explaining technical issues, and aiming for a right first time outcome.
- Accountability: You take ownership of your work, managing jobs effectively and completing tasks safely, compliantly and to a high technical standard.
- Develop & Learn: You're committed to continuous learning, keeping your skills up to date with renewable technologies, regulations and best practice.
- Champion Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues, building trust through calm, consistent interactions.
You'll bring:
- A background in plumbing/heating (gas), electrical, or renewable technologies.
- Experience (or a strong interest at trainee level) in Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Solar Thermal and associated systems.
- The ability (or willingness to develop the ability) to fault find, repair and maintain domestic heating systems safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations.
- Strong awareness of health & safety, compliance and the importance of following risk assessments and method statements.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in an out of hours rota.
- A commitment to Equality and Diversity.
