Ready to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced role where your decisions make a real difference? Join us as a Planner and help deliver responsive and planned repairs - scheduling operatives, prioritising work, and ensuring every customer receives a seamless, high-quality service.

About the role: As a Planner (32 hours per week), you'll coordinate both responsive and planned repair activities, ensuring operatives are scheduled efficiently to deliver a high-quality service to customers. You'll manage and optimise diaries, prioritising work based on urgency, availability and location, while keeping appointments on track and within agreed timescales. This is a part-time position of 32 hours per week, worked across Tuesday to Friday. Working closely with operatives, supervisors and customer teams, you'll act as a central point of contact - keeping repairs on track, managing changes and any outstanding work, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. This is a fast-paced role where strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills are key to delivering an efficient, customer-focused service every day.

What we're looking for: We're looking for an organised and proactive Planner who shares our values and takes pride in delivering an efficient, customer-focused repairs service:

Customer Driven

You understand the importance of timely repairs and great service, ensuring customers receive a reliable, responsive and high-quality experience every time.

Accountability

You take ownership of your work - managing schedules, priorities and appointments with accuracy, ensuring repairs are delivered on time and performance targets are met.

Develop & Learn

You're committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to improve processes, streamline scheduling and enhance service delivery.

Champion Communication

You communicate clearly and confidently, working closely with operatives, supervisors and customer teams to keep everyone informed and ensure repairs run smoothly.

You’ll bring:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience of diary management or scheduling, ideally within a responsive repairs or service environment
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • The ability to prioritise workloads effectively, balancing urgent repairs, planned work and customer needs
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring appointments and records are accurate and up to date
  • A commitment to Equality and Diversity
