What you'll do:
- Conduct detailed surveys and assess housing stock condition
- Ensure compliance with Decent Homes and HHSRS standards
- Diagnose building defects and recommend solutions
- Drive data integrity and support long-term asset management
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams for top-notch service
- Supervise contractors and ensure health & safety compliance
- Deliver Energy Performance Certificates and support planned maintenance
What you'll bring:
- HNC, NVQ3 or higher in a property-related subject (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with stock condition surveys
- Knowledge of housing legislation and energy efficiency standards
- Great communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
