About the role
As a Multi Skilled Plumber within our Planned Team (Bathrooms), you'll deliver high-quality bathroom refurbishments across occupied and void homes, using your plumbing and multi-trade skills to deliver work to an exceptional standard. Working independently and as part of a team, you'll carry out work to a high standard while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a varied, field-based role for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, values quality and enjoys making a difference in customers' homes every day.
What we're looking for:
- Customer Driven: You understand the importance of delivering a great customer experience, working respectfully in occupied homes and ensuring every refurbishment is completed to a high standard.
- Accountability: You take ownership of your work, managing your workload effectively, working safely and delivering quality repairs and refurbishments within agreed timescales.
- Develop & Learn: You're committed to maintaining high trade standards, keeping up to date with industry best practice and continually improving the quality of your work.
- Champion Communication: You communicate confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues and the wider team to ensure work is delivered smoothly and efficiently.
You'll bring:
- NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Plumbing, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Experience delivering bathroom refurbishments and working across a range of trades including tiling, patch plastering, flooring, carpentry or decorating.
- Experience working within occupied homes, social housing or domestic properties.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in the out of hours rota.
- A commitment to Equality and Diversity.
Pre employment requirements
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check, a Right to Work check, and a DVLA licence check.
Working hours
You will be required to be on site and ready to start at 08:00, working through to 17:00 with a one hour unpaid lunch break.
