Working in a field-based role, you'll manage your own day, deliver first-time fixes, and complete work efficiently without compromising quality. Accountability You take ownership of your work - managing your time effectively, meeting targets, and delivering a high-quality finish without cutting corners.
Develop & Learn You're committed to maintaining and developing your decorating skills, keeping up to date with best practice to consistently deliver excellent standards.
You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and the wider team - helping to keep jobs running smoothly and ensuring a seamless repairs service.
Qualification in Painting & Decorating (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent practical experience)
Proven decorating expertise - solid experience delivering high-quality internal and external painting and redecoration across occupied and void properties
Experience of working in social housing
First-time fix mindset - focused on getting the job done right first time while maintaining efficiency and quality
