As a Decorator, you'll carry out high-quality painting and redecoration across occupied and void homes, helping to maintain and improve our housing stock. Working in a field-based role, you'll manage your own day, deliver first-time fixes, and complete work efficiently without compromising quality.

We're looking for a skilled Decorator who shares our values and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that makes a real difference to our customers' homes:

  • You're committed to maintaining and developing your decorating skills, keeping up to date with best practice to consistently deliver excellent standards.

Qualification in Painting & Decorating (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent practical experience).

Proven decorating expertise - solid experience delivering high-quality internal and external painting and redecoration across occupied and void properties.

Experience of working in social housing.

First-time fix mindset - focused on getting the job done right first time while maintaining efficiency and quality.
