The role

This is more than data entry-you'll be the driving force behind accurate, reliable asset intelligence that supports investment planning, compliance and long-term strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and validating housing asset and stock condition data
  • Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and reports
  • Supporting investment planning, compliance and Decent Homes reporting
  • Working closely with surveyors and internal teams to keep data accurate and up to date
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve our housing stock

  • Experience in asset data, housing, or a property/technical role
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (you're confident with large datasets)
