If you care about doing things properly, you'll fit right in. We're looking for a quality-driven, customer-focused Multi Skilled Plumber to join our dedicated Planned Team (Bathrooms). This is more than just plumbing - it's about taking pride in your work, treating every home with care, and making sure every customer feels the difference a quality job makes.
About the role
As a Multi Skilled Plumber within our Planned Team (Bathrooms), you'll deliver high-quality bathroom refurbishments across occupied and void homes, using your plumbing and multi-trade skills to deliver work to an exceptional standard. This is a varied, field-based role for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, values quality and enjoys making a difference in customers' homes every day.
What we're looking for
- Accountability: You take ownership of your work, managing your workload effectively, working safely and delivering quality repairs and refurbishments within agreed timescales.
- Develop & Learn: You're committed to maintaining high trade standards, keeping up to date with industry best practice and continually improving the quality of your work.
- NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Plumbing, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Experience delivering bathroom refurbishments and working across a range of trades including tiling, patch plastering, flooring, carpentry or decorating.
- Experience working within occupied homes, social housing or domestic properties.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to participate in the out of hours rota.
- A commitment to Equality and Diversity.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check, a Right to Work check, and a DVLA licence check.
