About the role

This is a hands-on, varied role within a small, supportive Asset team, where no two days are the same. You'll carry out EPC surveys and support stock condition work, ensuring high-quality data that drives investment in our homes. Whether you're looking to break into surveying or build on your existing experience, this role offers real scope to develop and progress.

  • Accountability: You take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work, particularly when it comes to data capture and reporting, knowing it plays a key role in how we invest in our homes.
  • Develop & Learn: You’re motivated to grow - keen to build your knowledge in asset surveying, energy assessments, and property condition, and open to training and development opportunities.
  • Champion Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally, whether that’s with customers, colleagues, or partners, and can explain information in a straightforward and practical way.

You’ll bring:

  • Knowledge of buildings, construction or property maintenance, gained through practical experience, education, or a related role.
  • An understanding of common building defects and how properties perform, including an interest in energy efficiency.
  • Experience of (or willingness to learn) property inspections, surveys or site-based work.
  • The ability to capture and manage data accurately, with strong attention to detail - recognising the importance of data integrity in supporting accurate decision-making.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
  • A commitment to Equality and Diversity.

Pre-employment requirements:

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS, DVLA and Right to Work checks.
