We’re looking for a motivated individual with some industry knowledge in areas such as Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA/RA) and EWI/IWI/CWI wall insulation. This position is ideal for someone who has previously worked “on the tools” and is now looking to take the next step into a supervisory or technical role within the growing energy efficiency and retrofit sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage survey and installation teams on site
- Assist in preparing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaise with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Support project progress and uphold health & safety standards
- Learn and develop within a supportive, forward-thinking environment
Requirements
- Strong organisational and process-driven approach
- Leadership qualities with good communication skills
- Understanding of construction health & safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of energy efficiency, insulation types, or retrofit principles
- Hands-on experience in construction, installation, or insulation
- Eagerness to learn and progress within the company
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
