The Role

We are looking for an Experienced External Wall Insulation (EWI) Installer to join our delivery team. You will be responsible for the professional installation of EWI systems on domestic and commercial properties, working to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing external wall insulation systems (including boarding, rendering, and finishing).
  • Preparing and maintaining surfaces to ensure excellent installation quality.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within specification.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards at all times.
  • Representing the company professionally on-site and with clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in EWI installation (minimum 2 years).
  • Skilled in insulation boarding, mesh, basecoat, and rendering.
  • Knowledge of PAS 2035 / retrofit standards (desirable).
  • CSCS card or equivalent trade qualification.
  • NVQ Level 2 trained.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
