IT Business Analyst – Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support our ongoing portfolio of digital and data activities. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, working with passionate colleagues to deliver solutions that make a real difference to our community.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for candidates with experience working in a digital and data environment, experience working as a business analyst and is looking to play a key role in enabling change. You will have experience of conducting business process reviews, performing gap analysis, creating customer user stories, and documenting requirements.
