IT Business Analyst
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support our ongoing portfolio of digital and data activities. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, working with passionate colleagues to deliver solutions that make a real difference to our community.

This role is ideal for someone who is keen to help our service embrace digital change, capturing value and business needs, and working with the team to deliver business solutions. You’ll help shape the future of our service, joining a dynamic team dedicated to driving digital innovation for a safer Shropshire.
What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for candidates with experience working in a digital and data environment, experience working as a business analyst, and a desire to play a key role in enabling change. You will have experience conducting business process reviews, performing gap analysis, creating customer user stories, and documenting requirements.
Location and Working Conditions
The role is located at Service Headquarters, Shrewsbury, providing free on‑site parking.
