The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 Β£ per year.

We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to support the organisation for a sixmonthperiod, 2 days per week.

This is a key role helping to strengthen our riskmanagement arrangements, improve reporting, and support senior leaders to identify, assess and manage strategic and operational risks effectively.

About you A current member of the Institute of Risk Management and / or Association of Local Authority Risk Managers.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience of riskmanagement, governance and assurance within a local government environment.

They will work closely with senior leaders, Statutory Officers and relevant boards orcommittees to maintain clear risk oversight, support horizon scanning, review riskregisters.

This opportunity would suit someone who can quickly build effective workingrelationships, provide practical advice, and deliver clear, proportionate reporting.

Theassignment is offered for six months.
