We are currently recruiting a Senior Practitioner to join the Preparing for Adulthood (PFA) and Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Team. The post is based at The Lantern, Shrewsbury. However, for flexible and agile working, we offer a hybrid model of working. Primarily based within the PFA Team, this is a dual role across both teams. The successful candidate will be two years post qualified and will have recent experience working in Adult Social Care, ideally in a leadership role. We will also consider applications from social workers who are looking to progress.
