SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL is seeking a Housing Support Worker to assist up to 60 individuals in Temporary Accommodation across Shrewsbury.

You will work as part of a team, supporting households on site and throughout the town to progress homelessness cases and overcome barriers such as health, debt, and employment, helping them become tenancy ready.

The role emphasises effective communication with vulnerable residents, a person-centred approach, and collaboration with the Housing Options Team.
