We're recruiting an Education Quality Adviser (SEND & Alternative Provision) to improve outcomes for children and young people (0-25) across Shropshire. You'll quality‑assure SEND/AP provision and support schools, settings and partners to embed inclusive practice. You'll bring strong SEND expertise, credibility with senior leaders, and a track record of driving improvement through challenge and support. This role will provide additional capacity in the team while we work to implement the SEND reforms.
