You will be responsible for leading a team in the day to day care of the young people ensuring that their needs are met in line with a structured care plan. The minimum age requirement for this role is 21. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence. Successful candidates will be required to provide an enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service.
