The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
You will be joining the Early Help Hub Team for North Shropshire, working 24 hours per week and playing a key role in helping us deliver high-quality support to families, partners and colleagues.
Shropshire Council offers a blended working approach. You will have the opportunity to work from home while also spending regular time at your primary base to support service delivery. You will collaborate with Business Support colleagues across the county to help ensure a consistent, high-quality service.
Responsibilities- Using a range of software systems to support financial and ordering processes
- Managing Imprest accounts
- Working with databases and handling personal data securely in line with legislation
- Processing DBS checks
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Managing room bookings across several buildings
- Providing warm and professional reception support in person, by email and over the phone
- Trained to NVQ3 Business Administration or equivalent, or relevant experience will be considered
- Confident skills in using software systems and good knowledge of databases
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- A positive, proactive, team-focused approach is essential
