We are looking for someone to join our Internal Audit team who is conscientious with an understanding of risks and controls, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Whilst we do audit financial processes, you will find yourself auditing a range of areas such as projects, establishments, contracts, or IT systems.

Applicants with enthusiasm and a willingness to be flexible as they help to deliver a diverse range of audits across Council services and to our external clients are encouraged to apply. The Internal Audit team is professional, supportive, and above all forward-thinking, keen for auditors to achieve career progression within our career graded structure and job satisfaction via further training opportunities.
