Responsibilities
- Provide customer care to people of all ages.

Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent customer‑service skills; experience in leisure or another customer‑facing environment.
- Safety conscious, vigilant and able to deal with pressurised situations.
- Strong swimming skills.
- Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) or equivalent.
Working Hours & Compensation
- Working hours: 30 hours per week (earliest, latest and weekends).
- Salary: up to £11.44 per hour.
