We\'re seeking Casual Delivery Coaches to help us deliver our Youth Development Phase football provision
As a Casual Delivery Coach you will help us coach and mentor young players in our Youth Development Phase teams in either Shrewsbury or Ludlow to inspire and develop their skills as a player and as part of a team. Our YDP programme is essential in providing a platform and progression route for players pursuing football, and we\'re looking for a passionate and inspiring individual to motivate players to showcase their talent by delivering a syllabus to players which aligns with the Shrewsbury Town Academy\'s coaching programme.
This is a casual role with the rate of pay dependant on experience.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
You will be expected to:
- Coach and mentor age groups within the Midland Junior Premier League (MJPL) – U9\'s to U18\'s
· Deliver our Youth Development Phase programme alongside the coaching team
- Represent Shrewsbury Town Foundation and promote a positive brand image.
- Be a positive role model to young people.
- Uphold our values to engage, develop and inspire the local community.
Essential requirements:
· UEFA C coaching qualification
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
