We are expanding our team to deliver the newly devolved street cleaning service for the Shrewsbury Parish. Shrewsbury Town Council is building a brand-new Street Cleaning Team, and we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic HR Officer to join our team.
The HR Officer will play a key role in providing a professional, efficient and customer focused HR service across the organisation. The HR Officer will support HR operations, advise managers on HR policies and procedures, assist with recruitment, help manage employee relations cases, maintain HR systems, and support initiatives that contribute to a positive workforce culture.
The ideal candidate must be CIPD Level 3 qualified with strong communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
