An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Health Centre team. This is a key administrative position and the postholder will be expected to play a significant part in ensuring the smooth operational running of the Centre, by providing an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service to the Health Centre Manager and team.
Essentially you must have:
A good standard of education, with an ICT qualification essential.
The ability to work quickly and accurately, with good attention to detail, in order to meet conflicting deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A pro-active and assertive approach balanced with the ability to make pupils feel at ease when they visit the Health Centre.
Extensive IT experience with Microsoft packages, in particular with Word, Excel and databases. Experience of using iSAMS database would be desirable.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 12:30pm.
