The Opportunity
Shrewsbury House School is seeking an exceptional Upper KS2 / KS3 English Teacher. The successful candidate will be an inspirational teacher with strong motivational, communication, leadership and administrative skills and will have the ambition and drive to help the Preparatory School to continue its impressive development.
The Ideal Candidate
- A high level of knowledge of teaching methods and relevant curriculum
- Be skilled at getting maximum efforts and excellent results from the pupils at all levels
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good planning and time management skills
- The ability to use IT systems to record, analyse and report data
- The ability to teach pupils to Scholarship and Common Entrance level in English
- A willingness to be involved in the co-curricular life of the School
