Overview
As an IT Solutions Technician Apprentice, you’ll work within the Technical Services department to provide essential administrative support and day-to-day technical assistance to staff and students, while developing key skills in IT systems and helpdesk operations.

Qualifications
Alongside your practical work, you’ll study towards a Level 3 IT Solutions qualification as part of a structured apprenticeship programme, designed to support your learning and long-term career development. To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. You should have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational abilities, be able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively and be comfortable working as part of a team.
