We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hard-working individual to join the team dealing with access to health records requests. The post holder will need to work in compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Main duties of the job
To ensure that all requests for medical records are logged and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
The post holder will need to deal with a variety of enquires, both verbal and written, in a professional and efficient manner.
Working for your organisation
You will be working within our Legal Team, in an exciting and fast paced working environment.The successful applicant will need to have experience dealing with the general public; they will have good IT skills and remain calm under pressure in this challenging role. Good telephone skills, confidence and a positive helpful manner is essential.
The post holder will be supported by the Access to Health Records Team and the Legal Services Manager.
