Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Class 2 HGV Driver role based in Greater Manchester. The driver will operate company vehicles to collect confidential materials from client sites and transport them safely to shredding facilities or mobile shredding units. Day-to-day tasks include completing pre-journey vehicle inspections, following assigned routes and schedules, and ensuring all loads are securely loaded and unloaded in line with company procedures. The role involves interacting professionally with clients, obtaining required documentation and signatures, and maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries. The driver will also follow all health and safety guidelines, adhere to transport regulations, and support the team in maintaining clean, well-presented vehicles and equipment.
