Summary
The Retention Team Lead is a key role within our business, you will be responsible for the management of a team of Specialists who drive revenue through skillful client management
You will be responsible for the team achieving targets and will monitor inputs, outputs and quality to enable the team to deliver. You will need in depth knowledge of mitigating of business revenue and assessing profitability risk
You and your team will drive the process of identifying commercial issue and lead on the investigation & resolution process leading to the contract negotiation of existing customers assigned to non-book business and providing renegotiation of agreements and managing customer contract lifecycles
We are looking for
Strong team management experience, ideally within a client retentions environment
Confident and proficient people manager in leading, coaching & performance managing.
Strong computer literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite.
Proficient in the use & understanding of CRM systems, Salesforce, preferred
Excellent time management, self-discipline & organisational skills.
Energetic, highly motivated & results oriented with a constant positive attitude – motivated by success.
A strong negotiator with exceptional listening skill, with the ability to understand, interpret and match the circumstances to a desirable outcome suitable to all parties.
Experience of operating within a competitive, high-pressure environment, preferably as part of a target driven team.
Ability to be able lead and operate under pressure in a high volume, competitive commercial environment, as part of a team.
