We are looking for people hungry to develop their sales skills, build a reputation and earn uncapped commission. If you have experience then we will make you a better sales person. If you have no experience we will kick start your career and give you the training needed to go from zero experience to a skilful professional. Our Inside Sales Advisors have a very realistic OTE of ÂŁ35,000, with some Sales Advisors earning upwards of ÂŁ40,000.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling and upselling new hot leads – Web, email and Call
  • Develop a “Desk” Mentality, managing your own pipeline of customers
  • Work towards hitting daily call and email targets. You’ll make proactive calls to a mixture of cold, warm and hot customers in order to grow your own pipeline.
  • Making sure promises to customers are actioned

  • No previous experience necessary
  • Preferred Sales and Account Management experience in Business to Business sales
