Locum Practice Manager Required

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Practice Manager to support a GP practice requiring additional management and operational support.

Contract Details

  • Start: ASAP
  • Days: 2-3 days per week
  • Contract length: Minimum 6 months
  • Potential for permanent employment: Yes

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide support across a range of management and operational areas, with a particular focus on:

  • Recruitment and workforce management
  • HR and employee relations
  • Stakeholder management
  • Liaising with the PCN and other external stakeholders
  • KPI monitoring and performance management
  • Supporting the practice with improving operational processes
  • Helping to address ongoing challenges that may be contributing to complaints and missed KPIs
  • Clinical System: EMIS Web

About the Role

The practice is now looking for an experienced and proactive individual who can provide strong leadership and support. This role would suit someone with previous GP Practice Management experience who is confident working independently, managing multiple priorities and helping to improve performance and day-to-day operations. The practice is open to considering a permanent appointment for the right candidate following the initial locum period.
